Gary Hooper’s late double sent Sheffield Wednesday into the play-off places with a 2-1 victory over Birmingham at St Andrew’s. The Owls were hit by two injuries in the opening half hour. First, goalkeeper Keiren Westwood was stretchered off , with Sam Hutchinson picking up an injury just minutes later.
